Tenantify does not have a good week in traffic and revenue this week. Our traffic is down and we only made $30. However, our link building effort begins to take hold, and we see week-by-week increase of organic Google search volume. It is at the cusp of breaking into a self-sustainable mode without excessive effort to drive traffic from Zillow and Trulia.
Visits Drop, But Way Above Weekly Average
Despite visits falling 5% from the week ending Mar. 16, 2014 to 316 visits, that’s way above your annual 84-visit weekly average. The decline in traffic was driven by direct traffic, which slid 31% to 87 visits.
- There were more unique visitors last week (up 1% to 245). That’s also more than the same week a year ago when your site had 8.
- Visitors seem less engaged since last week as well as last year, with stickiness declining across both time periods. Last week, visitors spent 2 fewer minutes on the site than the prior week. Compared to a year ago, visit times declined 71 seconds.
- Your site saw the percentage of total pageviews from your top ten pages rise to 64% from a week earlier. Therefore, it is likely that visitors are more interested in a narrow selection of your site’s content.
Visits Down From Prior Week
Direct traffic dropped off to 87 visits from 127 visits, accounting for 28% of your site’s traffic overall. A week earlier, direct traffic made up 38% of all visits to your site. Organic search traffic was up to 26 visits from 17 one week before, and accounted for 8% of site traffic overall.
Your top referral in terms of visits was zillow.com. Despite dropping by 9 visits (a 9% loss), visits from zillow.com made up 29% of your site’s traffic.
LinkedIn had the biggest total increase in visits last week. It drove 36 visits to your site last week, 11% of your total visits.
zillow.com and linkedin.com were the new referrers that drove the most traffic last week with 92 visits and 35 visits, respectively.
